Throughout my legal career, I have been devoted to providing my clients with outstanding and personalized representation. Despite handling a variety of legal matters, Real Estate has become my passion and where I can see a direct result of our team’s efforts on the closing day. My diverse background places me in a unique position as a closing attorney because a real estate transaction can reach many areas of the law. Having practiced Domestic Law, Immigration, Estates, Personal Injury, Criminal, and Traffic, equips me with the knowledge to address many of the issues that could arise in title work or in a closing. In addition to the diversity in my legal background, I am also bilingual and conduct closings in Spanish when needed. It is not the real estate agent or lender’s job to go through and conduct a closing for clients who are unable to understand the attorney. I ensure that both English and Spanish speaking clients walk away with a full understanding of the transaction and documents that were signed.
